Christian Charles Beck, 83, of Conestoga passed away on January 4th, 2019. He was born in Columbia to the late William George and Janet Hobday Beck. Christian proudly served 23 years in the United States Air Force and retired honorably. He was an avid gardener, woodworker and professional football enthusiast (especially the Dallas Cowboys). Christian was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Brother who adored his family.

Christian is survived by his Wife of 63 years, Betty Beck of Conestoga; 4 Children, Richard Beck, husband of Holly Beck of Peach Bottom, Katharine Leader of Lancaster, Robert Beck, husband of Meghan Evaston-Beck of Dover, Brenda Hartman, wife of Robert Hartman, Jr. of Columbia; 6 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren; 2 Sisters, Margaret Chaney of Columbia and Janet Hellar of Red Lion. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 4 siblings.

In honor of his family’s wishes, Christian’s services will be private. He will be laid to rest at Washington Boro Cemetery.
