Harry leaves behind his wife of almost fifty-nine years, Betty Fitzgerald of Lancaster.

Harry will be laid to rest with military honors at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in a private ceremony.

Harry E. Fitzgerald, 84, of Lancaster and formerly Columbia, passed away on June 5th, 2021 at Hospice and Community Care in Mount Joy.

Harry leaves behind his wife of almost fifty-nine years, Betty Fitzgerald of Lancaster; two sons, David, husband of Chrissy Fitzgerald of East Petersburg, Brian Fitzgerald, companion of Bonnie Stolsfus of Landisville; five grandchildren, Allison, Ian, Evan, Caitlin Fitzgerald, Dylan Mellinger; his brother, Hiram, husband of Dee Fitzgerald of Dewitt, MI. Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Esther Fitzgerald and two sisters, Mary Esther and Kay Fitzgerald.
