Richard E. "Rick" Miltenberger, Jr., 59, of Wrightsville, formerly of Columbia, passed at his residence on Tuesday, March 19, 2019. Born in Columbia, he was the son of Mary Stauffer Miltenberger and the late Richard E. Miltenberger, Sr.

Rick was employed for the past 41 years at ITT Engineered Valves, Lancaster, where he worked as a nuclear inspector. He was a life member of the Wrightsville Scoial Club; Columbia Fraternal Association; a member of the Foresters of America, Susquehanna Court 235; Chickies Rock Lodge 307, L.O.O.M; American Legion Post 372 and the Catholic War Veterans Post 1306. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing.

In addition to his mother are his children, Christine M. Miltenberger; Steven M. husband of Amanda Miltenberger; siblings, John R. husband of June Miltenberger; Sharon L. Miltenberger; Patricia A. Miltenberger; Donna J. Miltenberger; James A. Miltenberger and Susan M. Miltenberger. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. His brothers, Michael E. and Gary L. Miltenberger preceded him in death.

A memorial service will be held from the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc. 519 Walnut St., Columbia, PA 17512 on Friday, March 22, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. There will be no viewing; however, the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Rick's memory to the American Heart Association or to the American Diabetes Association.
