Adored her family and loved visiting the beach

Shirley Bildstein Fair, 77, of Landisville passed away on October 13th, 2018. She was born in Easton, MD to the late Francis V. and Dorothea Frampton Bildstein. Shirley was a graduate of Eastern High School in Baltimore with the Class of 1959 and worked for thirty one years at Electron Energy Corporation. She was a lifetime member of Hempfield Fire Department and was an instrumental volunteer of their Holiday Happening. Shirley adored her family and loved visiting the beach with them in Garden City, SC. She attended First Baptist Church of Lancaster.

Shirley leaves behind her children, Michele Fair of Elizabethtown, Michael, husband of Diana Fair of Lancaster, Scott, husband of Sue Fair of Mount Joy, Charles Fair of Harrisburg, Donna, wife of Mark Hansen of Landisville, David, husband of Amber Fair of Maytown; eight grandchildren, Denise, Derrick, Ryan, Erin, Austin, Emily, Drake, Addilynn; two great grandchildren, Chase and Liam. Shirley was the last of her immediate family and in addition to her parents and six siblings, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Fair, III in 2006.

A celebration of Shirley's life will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 17th, 2018 at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, 247 Main St., Landisville, PA 17538. The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16th, 2018 and also one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
