He enjoyed watching the Phillies and Eagles and played softball for many years for various church and adult teams in the York area.

Steven A. Cunningham, 68 of Red Lion, passed away at Wellspan York Hospital on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 after a brief illness. Born in Columbia, he was the son of Spurgeon Cunningham and the late Elizabeth Shaud Cunningham.

Steve was a longtime employee at Herrman Printing Company, Red Lion and retired after working a few years for other area companies. He enjoyed watching the Phillies and Eagles and played softball for many years for various church and adult teams in the York area.

In addition to his father are his siblings, David Cunningham (Debra); Diane Peters (Steve); Bonnie Cunningham; nieces, Samantha Cunningham, Heather Rivera (Jr), Laura Peters and Nicole Diffenderfer (Phil) and five great nieces and nephews Along with his mother he was preceded in death by three nephews. Services for Steve will be held at the convenience of the family.
