David Edward Keesey, born January 19,1927, went home to be with the Lord on December 11,2019. He was the son of Charles William and Kathryn Elizabeth Newswanger- Keesey.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Juanita M (Hildebrand) Keesey, daughters Lynn Totten and her husband Barry,Kathryn Fisher and her husband John and Melanie McWilliams and her husband Ryan, 7 grand children and 1 great grandchild and sisters Jeanne and Rita Keesey. He is preceded in death by his brother C.Robert Keesey, daughter, Cynthia L. (Keesey) Robinson and step mother Ruth (Gill) Keesey.


David served the US Army during the Korean War, stationed in Germany.


David was the owner and operator of Keesey Electronics for 29 years, located in Wrightsville, Pa.
He was Past Master of Masonic Lodge #266 in York, Pa and a lay preacher for the United Methodist Church. His ever present wearing of the cross was an outward sign of his faith and commitment to God as well as him letting everyone he met know”God loves you and I love you too.”


Memorial service is to be held on January 18th, 2020, at 1:00pm at the Sell Chapel located at the Masonic Home in Elizabethtown, Pa.
