Barbara A. Mitchell, 77, of Elizabethtown passed away suddenly on November 16th, 2018 following injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born in St. Clair, PA to the late Michael and Mary Fekette Kubich. Barbara loved people and traveling with her husband. She enjoyed sewing, shopping at thrift stores, and was an amazing decorator of her home. Barbara was a member of Reich's Evangelical Congregational Church.
Barbara leaves behind her husband, Dannie Mitchell of Elizabethtown; Her children, Harry Sweigard of San Francisco, CA, Suzette, wife of Joe Tomcavage of Halifax, PA; three grandchildren, Dusty, Tyler, and Ashley; five great grandchildren; two siblings, Gerri, wife of Doyle Deppen of Elizabethville, Eric Clough of Millersburg.
A Celebration of Barbara's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 24th, 2018 at Reich's Evangelical Congregational Church, 338 Stackstown Rd, Marietta, PA 17547. The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Rd., Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, 19004. Arrangements by the Clyde W.
