Services:12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 12, 2022 at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Columbia, PA. The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time.
She will be laid to rest with her late husband at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on a later date.
A. Beverly “Bev” Thomas, 84, of Columbia passed away on December 6, 2022. She was born in Port Carbon, PA to the late John and Anna Miltenberger and was raised in New Jersey before settling in Columbia.
Bev was a loving homemaker who was active in her children’s sports activities and was known to always have her cowbell with her to cheer them on. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the former Shawnee Fire Company. Bev enjoyed traveling to Myrtle Beach, SC and shopping, especially from QVC. She was a devoted parishioner of St. Peter Catholic Church in Columbia.
Bev leaves behind her children, Jeffrey, husband of Mary Jo Schaub, Deb Smith, David, husband of Robin Thomas, Charlie, husband of Susie Thomas, Tony Thomas; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren; two sisters, Judy Ott, Connie, wife of Daniel West. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert L. Thomas in 2004.
Services for Bev will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 12, 2022 at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, 519 Walnut St, Columbia, PA 17512. The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time. She will be laid to rest with her late husband at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on a later date.
