Ida P. Lease, 94, of Columbia passed away on March 30th, 2019. She was born in Elizabethtown to the late Arthur and Luetta Shank Painter. Ida enjoyed gardening and solving crossword puzzles. She was a faithful member of Columbia Church of God.
Ida leaves behind her children, Bill, husband of Mindy Lease of Bainbridge, Mary Ann, wife of Hank Smith of Columbia; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Arthur Painter, Ronald Painter both of Elizabethtown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William M. Lease, Sr. in 1993; two siblings, Donald and Dorothy.
Services for Ida will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 4th, 2019 at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, 519 Walnut St, Columbia, PA 17512. The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens.
