Kathy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt who adored her family and treasured spending time with them.
In honor of Kathy’s final wishes, there will be no formal services and she will be laid to rest with her parents at Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Kathy A. Budesheim, 73, of Columbia passed away on March 6, 2024. She was born in Columbia to the late Isaiah and Leah Rupley King and was a lifelong resident of Columbia.
Kathy attended Columbia High School and worked for twenty years with QVC until her retirement in 2012. She was a member of the former Columbia #1 Fire Department and an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Kathy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt who adored her family and treasured spending time with them.
Kathy leaves behind her husband of fifty-five years, Paul Budesheim, Sr. of Columbia; two children, Paul, Jr., husband of Heather Budesheim of Columbia, Kathy Jo Budesheim of Columbia; three grandchildren, Eric, husband of Amanda Budesheim, Isaiah Budesheim, and Nathan, husband of Alexis Sauder; her sister, Deb, wife of Maurice DiEugenio of Hellam. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Farley.
In honor of Kathy’s final wishes, there will be no formal services and she will be laid to rest with her parents at Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens.
