Samuel D. Logan

He was an avid classic car enthusiast and a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother.

There will be no formal services for Samuel and any future services will be announced by his family.

 

Samuel Douglas Logan, 70, of Wrightsville passed away on February 4, 2024. He was born in Columbia to the late Samuel and Sue Logan and was a lifelong resident of this area. Samuel attended Columbia High School and had his own excavating company, S.D. Logan Excavating, Inc. He was an avid classic car enthusiast and a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother.

Samuel leaves behind his wife of fifty years, Cindy Logan of Wrightsville; his son, Jason, husband of Prudence Logan of Columbia; three grandchildren, Wayne, Samantha, and Ashley; three great grandchildren, Teagan, Karson, and Paisley; a brother, Eddie, husband of Beverly Logan of Wrightsville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three siblings, Susie, Clifford, and Tic Logan.
