William T. "Bill" Anderson
Bill was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting.
A celebration of Bill’s life will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the Conestoga Volunteer Fire Company, 3290 Main St, Conestoga, PA 17516.
William T. “Bill” Anderson, 73, of Lancaster passed away on April 10, 2024. He was born in Lancaster to the late Howard and Dorothy Leaman Anderson and was a lifelong resident of this area.
Bill was a graduate of Manheim Township High School with the Class of 1969 where he was active on the soccer and wrestling teams. He attended York College and Millersville State College and worked with National Bearings Company until his retirement. Bill was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was also an avid Penn State and NASCAR fan. Bill was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, and brother who adored his family and treasured spending time with them.
Bill leaves behind his wife of forty and a half years Paula Anderson of Lancaster; three children, Tricia, wife of Nelson DeJesus of East Petersburg, Megan, wife of Preston Harsh of Conestoga, Josh, husband of Samantha Anderson of Columbia; five grandchildren, Alex, Kelsie (Eric), Liana, Gavin, Malia; one great grandchild, Callan; two siblings, Glenn, husband of Dottie Anderson of Lititz, Joyce, wife of Craig Rynier of Leola; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Barry Anderson.
A celebration of Bill’s life will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the Conestoga Volunteer Fire Company, 3290 Main St, Conestoga, PA 17516.
