Theodore H. Simmons, Jr.,67, of Columbia passed away on June 11, 2024. He was born in Coatesville to the late Theodore, Sr. and Beverly Simmons.
Theodore attended Henderson High School and was a technical school graduate in the automotive program. He was a classic car and Harley Davidson enthusiast. Theodore was a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who was known affectionately as “HoHo” to his grandchildren.
Theodore leaves behind his wife of almost twenty-four years, Elaine Simmons of Columbia; two children, Michelle, wife of Brian King of Mims, FL, Michael, husband of Megan Simmons of Coatesville; two step- daughters, Laura, wife of Jeff Sussmann of Gilbertsville, Caroline, wife of Matt Griffin of Sterling, VA; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild; two sisters, Deborah, wife of Kevin Doorey of Downingtown, Christine Weidenheimer of Bowmansville; two nieces and one nephew.
